Construction Cleaning

October 31, 2016

For Construction Cleanup we will start with:

Phase one: “Rough Clean”

Phase one cleaning is after the framing, plumbing and electrical have been inspected and completed. The phase one windows and the unit will be swept out completely. .This phase will help prepare for the incoming subs for painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry.

Phase two – “Prep Clean”

A phase two cleaning will consist of a detailed cleaning of the kitchen and restrooms to include: sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, countertops, and cabinets. This phase includes removal of any stickers remaining on the appliances, fixtures, cabinets, and windows. Cleaning baseboards, light fixtures, door frames, interior windows, window ledges, mirrors, floors vacuumed and mopped as necessary to prepare for the punch list.

Phase three – “Punch Clean or Final Clean”

The service will be very similar to the commercial office and residential services.
We would start with dusting all surfaces including window sills, blinds and ceiling fans within reach and cobweb removal if necessary.
We would then wash baseboards on the first time and dust them on subsequent visits
After that we clean and polish all surfaces.
In the kitchen, we clean ranges, countertops, cabinets, backsplashes and load dishwasher if necessary
We would sweep and mop the floors and wax if requested.
In the bathrooms we would get on our hands and knees to clean the whole commode, tub, sink, tile walls, floors and mirrors and deodorize.
We would empty all trash cans and maintain general tidiness.
The last thing we do is vacuum floors, stairs and upholstery to leave a lasting impression on the first person who walks through that door.

We do offer additional services such as carpet and upholstery cleaning, oven cleaning, window washing, fireplace cleaning, cabinet/refrigerator cleaning; gutter cleaning you may inquire about for additional fees.

Please let us know how else we can be of service to you we welcome special instructions or services as each family is different.

We use all of our own supplies, all of our customers use their own vacuum for allergy and sanitation purposes unless requested to use home owner’s supplies.
